A gentle reminder... A lesson you may call it...  It's been months, maybe 5 months since I have had the opportunity to teach yoga last.  With the amount of work load and items that we wanted to accomplish while moving from America to Australia and buiding a yoga studio on the gold coast this has been the longest break in regular teaching that we have had in 10 years.  Ah, ok, the lesson...  Well, it's about values, what do we (and now I am talking about both my wife and I) value the most in our life?  What we have just experienced was that we value most the act of connect, and growing and loving others.  Yes, we have lots of Love, boat loads, cargo ships full of Love.  Love for each other, our children, our family, friends, etc...  But, it was that love that is intimately connected to and with the connections and growth experiences we have with others as we introduce them to and teach yoga.  The whole process of teaching, being connected, if only for 60 to 90 minutes in the room is something wonderful to share and is truly something that builds upon personal fulfillment.  So, a big thank you to those that come to class and thank you to those that support us as well...

ps; Yes the 60 to 90 minutes in the yoga room is awesome but, the connecting really begins when we first meet, when we first interact outside, at the desk, and after class.  Those connections and the growth that stems from these relationships are priceless.
